if you are using the out side one wot you will have to do cut of the webbing serports were its mounted and then drill the 2 new holes to bolt it on and a new center hole to clear the push rod and the gator on the slave but you will need to use your old arm as there will be a tit for the push rod to sit into and all so use the old arm with the tit on it to aline were you have got to drill the bell housing . all so you will have to swop out the plug next to were the slave gsoe as most times it will of been moded as you need to get the slave as close as pos . if you need any more info send me a PM as iv done this mod to 2 4x4 boxes and all so to my 2wd T5 box as well

If instead of using the BMW E36 slave cylinder you use a Land Rover series 2/2a slave cylinder it has a threaded rod, of M8x1.25mm that sticks out 80mm or so, makes the job even easier, I use a series 2/2a master cyl of 7/8 size with remote reservoir.
Together these two cost me Ł26.56 delivered from wapsipurt on ebay, all in as said around Ł50-Ł70, very very worthwhile doing.

After a mountain bike injury. If I want to keep my car, a hydraulic conversion is a must. What other parts are required? Also is it straight forward enough if mechanically minded? Does anyone have any pictures or step by step guide please, or anyone just south of London that does the conversion? Thanks
