Im helping a friend restore Alfa GTA in my spare time the roof is beyond decent repair its dented rusted and warped so we thinking about making a one off replacement I done smaller carbon fibre parts before not anything large like a roof.

Started off using filler to shape the roof and get the lines correct then paint over to seal before taking a mould in fibreglass. Now some advice needed we cant find single sheets of carbon fibre enough to cover the roof without a seem? Other problem were going to cut away the metal roof afterwards then bond cf roof down im worried about amount of body flex the car has any other options to secure the roof on?
