Default swap 1.6 to 1.8/2.0

hi all, i've got a 95 fiesta 1.6 16v si, its my little daily run around but would just like to give it a little bit more poke and just wondered how easy/hard it is to drop a 1.8/2.0 (early zetec) in to it and what i would need to change over as in management(stock if possible) and manifolds

cheers scott

p.s please don't shoot,i know i'm from the other side but been a ford lover from day dot

I fitted a 2litre zetec to my festa si early last year.
I literally removed the old engine and stripped it bare, did the same with the 2 litre engine and swapped everything over including the oil pick up and sump.
You must fit your flywheel and clutch to it from the 1600 engine aswell.
You must swap the water pump over aswell as the run the opposite way on the 2litres.
I ran mine on the stock 1600 16 valve management although I reckon it would have been better to fit maybe a 1800 xr2i ecu??
I swapped the linkages over on the throttle bodies along with the throttle position sensor and fitted the 2litre throttle body to the 1600 inlet manifold.

fit either a deep desk or dewy ecu to the 2.0l aling with injectors and throttle body and makes all the difference
