Phone up any turbo specialist (turbo dynamics/cr turbo's etc) and they should be able to send you one! As they get so hot they need to be the right metal, they can be a nightmare for shaking loose or snappng though especially if you have no flexi section in the exhaust! On my old turbo i had the housing redrilled/tapped to m10 and this helped no end.

Give Universal Turbo's a shout. I sourced a set from them a year or so back.

The next time I have to deal with that joint I'm going the way of drilling and tapping for 10mm bolts.
Sooo much better than those helicoils.

nice one, do they supply the nuts for them also? arent they them self threading type? do you have to apply any special thread lock? when you get the studs can you tell us which is the right length, cheers Sean

thanks

yeah am sure they supply the nuts mate. am not sure if they are self threading i got told to take the exhaust elbow off screw in the new stud to the turbo then place back the elbow, fairly simple i rekon! dont think you have to bother with thread lock am not bothering, il let you know which is the right size when they come, hopefully tommorrow.
