You need to use a Sierra 1.8 CVH alt, bracket and belt.

have everything just dont understand 2 things

where the bloody bracket is going on.. as i have 2.. one fits right on (have 4 hols), as it is mounted on the alternator... then it is the other one...
have 3 holse....

second, where the belt is attached to the camshaft at the end there... it seems bloody tight.

and what are the dim on the bolt that goes on there?
have to lower the engine once again to put it on

What's going on, i've posted on this thread twice, both times it didn't go on??.... I'll try again.

Why not just make a disc up then make a bracket to suit, that's what i did a few years back when the 1800cvh bits were getting harder to get hold of.
Never had to do a conversion on a zvh so not got round to doing a bracket for those!

These are the only ones that i have of the 1800 stuff fitted..

Jano does the discs and brackets for zetec's, zvh's... http://www.oddkiddcreations.co.uk/vi...hp?f=9&t=12921

Hope that helps a bit??
