what spark plugs u running? i was using focus rs ones but i have broke one, just wondered if anyone knows any better ones to use?

focus rs plugs or denso do an upgrade i belive.but how have you broken one mate?

I always used/am using Focus RS ones. A mate always seemed to be breaking his ones though come to think of it.

not sure how it broke to be honest, its got a big crack down the porcelain part of the plug ? could of just been me when i took it out?

anyone have a part number for the denso's ?

I kept breaking mine all the time, when i changed my head i had it machined to except cosworth plugs.
