DIY work on FRS
think internet forums are going to be your only option mate if its focus rs specific other than that no reason why a normal haynes for a normal focus wouldnt be able to help?
Cheers mate.
I was thinking about a normal haynes but not sure how relevant it will be to the turbo engine. My main problem at the minute though is to adjust the tension of the alternator/ powersteering belt.
I will check outthe haynes manual anyway, just in case.
Thanks again.

Cheers mate,
I had a look last night and I wondered if it was. It has started to skreech slightly in the damp so its looks like I am gonna be couching up which means less money to spend on bits at autosport this weekend :-(
