i took out a contract with operator 3 just over a month ago, not used the fone at all and basically want rid of the fucker.

since i never signed any paperwork for a legally binding contract, is there any way i can cancell as they keep insisting that i can't, yet were more than happy to remove the direct debit from my bank account to stop any payments

anyone know anything about it at all - all help greatly appreciated

 

i think u have 14 days from the date u got the fone mate 2 decide if u dont want it or not i had this prob used the fone couple of times though even tho i was within my fee mins and txts etc they still kicked up a fuss so i refused 2 pay stopped my direct debit from my bank then the fookers passed my info on 2 them debt collecting tw@t s still refusing 2 pay tho!!

i think phone companys are very easy to black list you with credit companies for stuff liek this so becareful.


who did you get the phone etc if yoiu didnt sign anything???
as telephones etc can be voice recorded etc now and think they can use them as really the verbal contract.??

 

they want more than the contract is to end it lol :O and i mean the total of the remainin contract too lol
