i think u have 14 days from the date u got the fone mate 2 decide if u dont want it or not i had this prob used the fone couple of times though even tho i was within my fee mins and txts etc they still kicked up a fuss so i refused 2 pay stopped my direct debit from my bank then the fookers passed my info on 2 them debt collecting tw@t s still refusing 2 pay tho!!
