Whats the hardest thing to find to change quarter glass to opening qtr glass on a s2 as ive been offered a set of brand new green glass for both sides in original boxes for £50?

 

You need the hinges, locking handle and the rubbers. Think that's it. The fixing points are behind the pillar covers, but you will need to slightly cut the B-pillar cover to allow the hinges through - but they are already marked where to cut
I think that's a good price on the glass as well.
