Which head gasket?
Whats the best head gasket for a high powered zvh?

best head gasket for a zvh is a multi layer from sitech racing.
im running one, no need to butcher it to fit, just bolts stright on

which size zvh?
if it's a 1.8, then i'd use the payen/ford ones.
it's what i'm using and have no issues.

just looked on sitech racing £200 sounds abit much if you ask me, but i could be wrong!

£200 is alright if it's on for years though.
i'd be tempted to get the head welded and use a zetec one though.

We now use a multi layer shim its almost half the price of the ones on the website.
Proven to 2bar.

Hi, the lad who's building the engine/car is karl who you spoke to today will be wanting one soon as we get some rods sorted etc shall be having one though.

i never had a problem with either of the 2 i had an my mate was runnin 276bhp at 14 psi for over a yr without probs

Do a search on here m8 they are recknowned as SHITE, payen/ford is the way forward.

getting the one from sitech racing as said there proven to 2bar and heard nothing but good reports. DONE
