good first day,engine and engine loom out next,thn a bit of weldin,but nout major!

the MFI wiring loom!looks fun huh!


rust free arse!always a good thing!


RST pump and tank,got a Gbox aswell!


the 2litre zetec loom,and ECU,should be fun to fit!

all in all,going ok,gotta replace the scuttle panal,as i stuck the bonnet trhu it like a knob ed,also 2 front wings and front doors,
all good fun huh,lol


got some fibreglass ones,as they are dead stright,and ideas for them needed to be solid!

rst rear roll bar.as mine dont have one!

RST rear hubs and arms,drums are bigger thn normal,plus need the arm for the roll bar mounts!

this wht i saw for the first time in 2 weeks!messy huh,lol

need to get this peice of crap out!

once got the engine out,can see the mess the water pump made!

as u can see,a mess,lol,drove it for 2 weeks with a slight leaky water pump,lol

quick clean up!

nearly time to start puttin it back together!bit of weldin,

cheers plan to put a focus 2litre lump init for now,thn maybe turbo it when i get bored,as i miss my orion turbo like mad!

having some rs skirts,thn some s1 arches moulded into thm,some proper cossie rims,saff spoiler,clear rears,cossie brakes,got a really nice,pukka bumper for the front,and back,nout huge,proper RS stuff!
anit decided a colour yet tho!

 

is she tazmin blue at the mo / or what colour is she?

keep her looking like a sleeper will confuse loads of nova/saxo wan--rs then

we did a 2.0 mk2 fezzy and it went like stink once it was done made for some interesting driving i can tell you.
seemed to drive rather odd though , i mean in 1st and 2nd it didnt really feel any different until you hit 3rd and left it in until it hit the limiter at which point it absolutly flew 4th and 5th didnt last long either and it was soon off the clocks
was running on a std xr2 gear box tooo maybe thats why.
well good look on the project keep the photos coming , makes a change seeing some one else freezing his pods off doing his car instead of me for a change

 

lol,cant wait to start puttin it back together!i would like a st170 engine,but dunno how much more worth tht will involve,not im like worried!its a pain having to work around the whether,and using halogen lamps to keep warm in the garden!!!!!lol

good boy,lol,i just brought another just after a orion EFI loom to convert to OFAC for the turbo,also got some doors!!at last!!!building a garage now over it,as it keeps getting wet,car covers suck!!!!!!!!!!!!
