Turducken, thats a Turkey stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken, all de-boned. Roast spuds, parsnips in parmesan, sprouts, carrots with bacon, chipolatas in bacon, all covered in a red wine, port and stilton gravy made from a rolled beef joint we cooked yesterday especially for the gravy. Oh and Yorkshire puds!

Brie & courgette soup for starters, christmas pud that has been steeped heavily with brandy for the last two weeks for afters plus me ma is bringing a lemon & lime cheesecake.

I will be doing most of the cooking, the fiance' is my assistant for the day lol!
