Me and some of the lads are crossing to the wrong side of the pennines for a night out. Just wondering where's the best places to go.

Leeds had changed alot since i lived there, but the top end of Leeds is always good or used to be!

Saturday night. Booked a hotel so no rush to get back. We've all got kids under 4 months so might be tempted to have a few cans, and an early night with unbroken sleep lol

 

If thats what they get up to on a night out, I'll stay on this side of the pennines lol

 

Stay at the top end of town..... the end near the train station sucks.... they closed Majestyk and Jumpin Jacks years back (they were gonna make it into a super casino - nowt ever happened with that though).

Mind you, on a lads night out, you should probably end up at the bottom end of town as that's where all the lap dancin clubs are.... having said that, most of those joints run free run-around services round the centre on a night.

 

rock bar (think its called that) has just opened and spose to be good. if no one recognises the name ask about dom matteo's bar

 

Used to go to majestyk quite a bit when i was over in west yorks, Was a good spot. Thats going back nearly 10 years now Remember hopped a on a free bus one night opp majestyk and it brought us to some club out a bit in a carpark, What a shithole!! can't remember name of it.

 

^ that'll been Barcelona out Birstall way, shut down years ago now its jjb sports I think. Was a proper dive, pitch black but I did have a personal best night ever in their so not all bad. I dont like leeds as a night out at all, much prefer wakefield but thats just me. Can see the appeal of leeds buts its too much of a trek for us and tends to be full of arrogant c**ts.

If it was during the Majestyk era then I bet it was Evolution at the Warner Village, not Barcelona.

 

me and mates met some girls on holiday up that way and wen we went out with them and again for mates birthday we done Tiger Tiger and then on to Oceana (however its spelt lol). great night and busy club

Look's like tomorrow's off. The lad who's organised the night out, 4 week old daughter has got bronchitis and is in hospital. So will have to rearrange for some other time. Cheers for the replies
