Ive just upgraded from Photosuite to Photoshop 7.

Far more features, but im not sure of some of the basics.

Im wanting to have a go at my sig on PS7, and have the blank banner open along with all my other pix to go into the banner.

But how do you resize the individual pix?
Some are too big and some to small.
On Photosuite you can just highlight it, then drag the picture to the size you want but i cant find this on PS7...

Also, does PS7 have Free rotate?
Again i cant find this?

And how do i add backgrounds to put my pix over the top of?

Finally, if anyone has any top tips for editing sigs i.e. Tricks to blend pix etc. please let me know.
