what is the limit this block,pistons rods will take,350+? any info would be appreciated

 

I ran the standard internals on my FRS up to 389bhp on standalone ecu, uprated fuelling, etc, but did find they were at the limit so i moved onto forged items when i went past 400bhp on my current spec.

I'm still running the standard FRS block now but the only difference it that it's been rebored to 2.1 to suit the spec.
