he's just changed the turbo(standard t3) and fitted a (brand new) t34 to his 2 w/d saf car was running fine prior removal but NOW it wont pull away(wants to stall when trying to pull away) ticks over just about, says it's sounds like it's popping and banging out the exhaust
will pull away in reverse thou!
### he has rotated the housing for the actuator and thats it all### if thats any help.
one other thing:

He's very inpatience so they tried to do it while their g/friends were spending money @ the Sales
Cossies will drive perfectly (with no boost
) with all the boost pipes removed so not that.
There obv somthing obvious hes buggered...
exhaust or inlet almost totally blocked.
or some sensor pipe/wire broke.
even with MAP sensor or FPR pipe off it will still drive "ok", not as bad as mentioned here...
putting on any size turbo wont affect the normal drive on a cossie

I know this may NOT have been disturbed but...
This is usually overlooked.
Check the INLET manifold earth is connected TIGHTLY.
(TWO BROWN WIRES)
Had exact same symptons on 3 cars in the past.

ive been on a saxo forum ( long storey
now i know foook all about anything, i would have to say 2 people are confused
Alvyn, you said that he had to rotate the turbo from 4x4 to 2wd did he do that correctly as it easy to bolt on the back housing bent so the it stops the turbo wheel from spining
Rs Gus, what would cause blue smoke under aceleration and when off boost then back on i get a big puff of smoke and when iam off the gas and go back on i get it agine and its blue i just changed the head gasket and now its worse
