I've got a new car!(with pics!)
Oh yes, I've bought the Performance Ford (Bens) RWD Fiesta shell, for absolute peanuts! 5 linked rear, big tunnel and turrets, I've gotta seam weld the whole car first, but plans are for an Atlas axle and a Zetec on 45's. Pics to come soon.I'm back in a rear wheel drive world, and it feels great.

the escort is still for sale, I'll even take Ł4000 now!Yeah, it will be rallied as me and the wife miss it alot, I've got a full Gp2 works manual so it'll be a Gp2 replica (minus centre lock wheels) and rear wheel drive, in the same colours as my van! watch this space!

:blablaalso i thing i found the fault on the s1 bloody fan just got to rember to turn it on in the car now
God i was bored this morning also i've now taken the rear seats out the s1 and found a small hole in the boot
going to clean it up ect maybe repaint it
Mk2's are nice, but a good shell is 2k+ and I love fezzies,XE's are good, my mate has just won our championship with his , a cossie is too heavy and I love carb'd motors, an XE is looking better than a zetec, either way it needs to go on management due to dizzy positions fowling the bulkhead.Main prob though, XE aint a Ford!
Tony, I'm thinking rosejointed TCA's, in situ adjustable with outer end to fit Mk2 Bilsteins?I can then run comp strut to the chassis rail and con centric top mounts, a WCXM has the rack attached which will go to the struts, what do ya think?

told you so !!!!

no you dont , you like the induction noise they make , NO ONE likes carbs there shit on cars , you NEED injection on throttle bodies , all the same noise , but with driveability and no flatspots
it aint as good as it looks in the mag,the camera never lies, bollox! it needs alot of welding and finishing, I'm not blowing my own trumpet here, but I've prepared 2 MSA spec tarmac cars in the past, so with a bit of time this can be the best Fiesta ever! However, I can see myself taking a drive with it on the trailer up to Brom for a bit of welding, I wanna do a proper 14 point cage and maybe mount the engine to the chassis rails on not the crossmember, bring it under the dash?
