Default Where is the fuel pump located on a Fiesta RS?

Just wondered where the Fuel Pump in on the FRST?

Not had a search for it yet but just wondered if its in the same silly place as the Escort RS Turbos?

How easy is the fiesta one to change?

Thanks.

Im going from memory (which is pretty poor lol)

You have to drop the tank, then remove the cover off the top of the tank to get access to the insides. There is a clip that holds the cover on, i think i used a hammer and chisel or summat to gently tap it round to remove it.

Its an easy ish process from memory, although my FRST was concours mint so everything was nice and easy to do!

My memory is also saying there are 4 bolts holding the tank on, you obviously need to remove the filler neck which is a little tricky but not difficult...do take extra care with the small black cylinder which clips onto the inner arch. I believe its there to stop fuel leaking out should the car rollover, but if you break it then you can get problems with fuel starvation and possible meltdown!!
