Hi i have just took the head off and sent it for porting and need to get the rest out for a rebuild Got a list here i found on the search engine but i noticed dropping the cross member is not there what point would this go in the list??? and if anyone got some good tips to help it would be a great help cause its my first time taking a engine out cheers in advance

here is the list
1) disconnect all wiring from engine
2)Disconnect steering column from rack
3) disconnect PAS pipes at tank
4) Disconnect rear propshaft
5)unbolt gearbox from inside the car
6)Undo ARB from chasiss
7)Unbolt gearbox cradle
8)undo suspension from strut tops

 

the bolts holding the x member were the last thing I took off last time I did it!
