Default Dump valve/ boost gauge pipes question.

Hi all, been looking at a thread bout RSTurbo engine bay pictures.
I noticed some differences in most engines bays compared to mine.
Dont know what these pipes are called but please look that the pics

As you can see my arrow piont to a blocked off pipe in the inlet manifold but I have seen lots of car that the pipe from the DV to the right pipe hole on the inlet manifold, and the pipe off to the boost gauge coming out of the left hole. like the one in this pic, numbered 1.

Also where is the pipe marked number 2 going, as its going off to the right of the car?
P.S sorry if you are the owner of the car in the second pic, for using its as an example.

No 2 pipe goes to the ECU MAP sensor, in the first pic it looks like there is a black pipe coming from the ECU MAP sensor and going into the car, all I can think is that it joins the red pipe at some point inside the cabin.
It doesnt really matter how you plumb them up so long as they all come from the inelt manifold and then go to the relevant places (boost gauge, MAP sensor, DV).

The reason it has been blocked off it because you have a Bailey breather fitted, thats all. The standard breather plumbs into the inlet on the left through another nipple, but when removed it causes a vacumn leak... no good on mfi obvuiosly. So. it gets blocked off. everything else can feed off the other side anyway there is no difference. As standard theres only 1 vacumn pipe, to the ECU, boost gauges and dumpvalves are aftermarket and people plumb them in with t-pieces.

"simples"
