I've not been on here long, but searching through some of the photographs and cars for sale has really made me want another Ecort RS Turbo. Used to have a red 88 Series 2 a long while back, and I loved it to bits. It had to be broken due to a rotting shell.

But, I am wondering if I can justify having a car like an S2 again I mean, not exactly the most reliable cars in the world eh? Granted, when they break, its usually an easy fix, but not sure if I want to be crawling round on the floor on cold winter evenings.

Can't really afford two cars, and the missus dont drive yet, so not sure what to do. Give me some inspiration guys

What kind of MPG would I be looking at for say a 180bhp CVH? You know the usual chip, cooler, filter and pipe thing?

Go have a look and drive some decent ones mate than make up your mind, they are good to look at but the reality of owning one isn't always all its cracked up to be lol.
for reference a 180bhp rst well setup will do pretty good mpg.
