I've gone from a volvo c70 t5-R 300bhp to a fiesta 1.1 lol but the genius behind my plan is I'm completely rebuilding it into a fiesta rs 2000cc (mondeo silver top engine not escort)

First thing I did was get the bumpers on for a test fit.



then the sideskirts and the wings



I'm happy with the look and I'm going for a sliver from audi's range. Can't remember the name but its GORG!

Kits coming off today for rust treating going to remove all rust and fill where needed

Picked up some bits today.

Got some 15" escort gti alloys to go on
60mm drop springs
escort gti dash with lights and loom
escort gti half leather interior
scorpion 3" exhaust back box.

Things to buy:

Silver top engine
Box
ecu and looms
engine/box mounts
fuel pump and tank
all ancineries

Yeah I'm gona have to take some off either side and fob up abit of fibreglass it will be a complete custom jobby

 

 

Had a bad time with the car last night. one of the tires exploded so its currently on the side of the road near my gf's house!

Work will continue on thursday.

I'm now thinking about colours as the cars nearly ready for paint.

Any suggestions on what colour to respray it?

Well I'm thinking about a silver that I seen on a new audi the other day.

No idea what the colours called though might go knock the chaps door lol

 

get his reg/chassie number off windowscreen ring audi up they tell you colour job dun

done the base coat of paint in black got top coat and clear coat to do..

bought the 2.0 silvertop engine
full spax suspension
rs2 7 spoke alloys ready to be diamond cut

Things to do - Need to strip the engine and get it out then drop the zetec in and get the loom then going to drop in an escort exhaust system
