Hi

I would be grateful for any help/advice with the following.

Recently the central locking has been playing up on my 2000 W reg ST24, with the passenger door not properly unlocking, having to be opened manually from the inside.

However, this has now gone a step further and the passenger door will not open at all, either using the external or internal door handle. Turning the key in the door also appears to do nothing.

I read that there might be a problem with a central locking motor, but with the door not opening at all I am unable to take the lining off to have a look.
