I have been running 400bhp through my standard transmission for about a year now, but the inevitable has happend and somethings gone bang. Im going to be working away for the next 7 weeks so not guna have chance to look at the car & wudnt mind knowing what that something might be, is it just a case of gearbox or could it be something else? all the gears select fine but when i lift the clutch up it makes a really loud clunking noise, it even does it when not in gear if the clutch is up. What is the weakest part apart from the clutch which is a 6 paddle already. Any help would be appreciated guys. Thanks. Matt.
