However.....i'm here for a question....

I must to fit a new Bosch 044 fuel pump out of tank.....and i was finding a NOURICE....because with this things, i can solve the problem of low level benzine in tank....

For example, this nourice is standard in Subaru Impreza Spec-C Type-RA.....sň i want to do this nourice in my EsCossy......

Some suggestions?!?

 

I don't understand the word NOURICE, I'll try and look at this tonight with a mate, as he's half italian, half yank(usaf) so you could just write italian.

In Italy we say Nourice....or Anourisse.... or Neurice.....or else Anourice.....

It's a cockpit draft, and with this, there're not any problem of draught.....

Probably in England you call it FUEL SWIRL?!?

However....if i want to fit the fuel pump Bosch 044 out of tank.....how can i do it?! Have you some photos or other material?!?

 

Ah I see, yes we have swirlpots for fuel to prevent fuel starvation problems on hard cornering acceleration.
I don't find I need this set up so don't use it myself.
Might be better off putting question in GD, general discussion(top of main page), or technical as more readers.

Yes a fuel swirl pot, as we call them will certainly cure the problem of fuel starvation due to cornering/acceleration.
I would ask for piccies in GD, get more response there.

How much must i modify the original float of Escort?!?

 

The problem, will be feeding the pump, as the 044 needs to be gravity fed, it is not a suction pump, and will not draw fuel up at all, so you need pipes near the base of the tank, so it can be gravity fed.
You could use the escort pump top fill a swirl pot and the 044 after the pot, as the pump will produce much more volume than it needs so would work ok.
