The problem, will be feeding the pump, as the 044 needs to be gravity fed, it is not a suction pump, and will not draw fuel up at all, so you need pipes near the base of the tank, so it can be gravity fed.
You could use the escort pump top fill a swirl pot and the 044 after the pot, as the pump will produce much more volume than it needs so would work ok.
