hi ford fans , just a bit about my jorney with my s2
had her from april 08 , after years off wanting one i was so chuffed when i went to pick it up only fo wheels to lock up the next day this resulted in getting 2 new hubs , bearing s track rod end arms , after this the rad let go so i got an airtec one . couple weeks later started to get a slight tap from top end . every were i took her people said its the shells so loaded with red bull and the haynes man we set about it a little while later started her up " still same " after this went down the cam road and changed it for a kent 34, head skimmed end all that . drove home noticed th tapping had come back took the car back and the cam was fooked . after a number off phone calls with kent they sent me a new one , so i put this up on for sale and bought a newman . freind off mine put it in from driving no less than 30 mile "fooked " . after this i was soul destroyed but coud nt leave it so the lads at pro tec rebuilt top end , oil pump , kent cam ,followers ,sump gasket car never felt as good . so started to strip her and get her painted some pics off before and after .
