When i fitted mine to my 3dr i had to remove the radiator 1st, if i had to remove & refit it again i would remove the front bumper aswell next time to make it easier. You will only be able to get it in from underneath the car, jack it up & put it on axle stands. I put mine in on my own but it helps if someone can hold the i/cooler from the top whilst your bolting it up as its quite heavy to hold with one hand from underneath whilst trying to line the holes up. Mine was a radtec one & i had to trim the brackets down on the sides of the cooler to so it would line up with the captive nuts on the car.

Goodluck

Simon.

NO NO NO!!!!!!!!! you dont have to take the rad out and there is no point in removing the front bumper you are just making more work for yourself! the mounting holes are already there its such an easy job to do!
just place it up from the bottom job done

Moonstone mike i'm not saying you have to remove the front bumper to fit the cooler but personally if i had to remove & refit it again i would, my front bumper comes off in less than 10 mins, once the grille is off its only 2 bolts by the headlights & turn a plastic lug at each end of the bumper, just means youv'e got more room & you don't have to jack the car up so much.
