hi there i have a mk5 escort xr31 cosworth rep and have just fitted a fiesta rs turbo efi engine with midland t3 turbo on ofac loom and i now have run in to problems ,,car starts and eventuly idles but when throttle is pressed fully it seems to hesitate and missfire i havnt swaped no wires just plug and play , and only have one wire for temp sensor but zetec section has two wires please help as im pulling my hair out with this project thanks ben ,,

 

Well,the temp sensor with one wire which is in the front right side of the engine is just for the gauge,it has nothing to do with the ECU,so it won't affect the engine running.What fuel pump are you running?What's the fuel pressure you have set up the fuel pressure regulator?What colour are the injectors?What boost are you running it?Is it chipped?If you can gimme some info and I will try to help you out I really like the look of your car,I wish mine had 3 doors too
