being offered some road angel's compact brand new and boxed for £50,do people still use/buy these or does everyone just use sat navs with camera hots spots ect loaded onto them.dont want to shell out the money and be left with them?

 

Sat navs wont do laser so i still use mine having said that the copact dont have it as standard you have to fit it seperate like the early first road angel. Good unit though i would check to see what theyre going on ebay for as would guess alot more. I have one in all three of my cars and feel naked without one!!!

 

i recently bought the second version of road angel ie road angel 2 or new road angel it was called.paid £20 for it on ebay with a faultyt lead,bought a hardwire lead on there for £5 and updated it on their site and now works fine.
think its a very needed piece of kit

The Sat Nav's will tell you where they hang out with the lasers though.

i dont see the point,ive got 1,only place is if your going out of your own town,otherwise you know where they all are anyway

cause mine never picks up the mobile ones

 

Still use my road angel compact.
