hello just wondering if anyone can help me i have a pink fuel pump real but instead of pin 87 i have 54 will this still work here are some numbers of it if it will help

Are you sure ?, number 54 is TRAILER signal for lamp combinations and trailer stop lamp.
Pin 87 is load ie device you are switching in this case the fuel pump.
If you want to use it just check that when 85 and 86 are put to neg and pos it allows current to flow from 30 to 54, if pins same orientation as old one will be fine.

yeh its definately 54-15 and all of them have that type of thing here are all the numbers 31- then 54-15 1-3 15-11 30-28 is this the wrong relay thanks for the information

 

Not sure, will check the codes next time at College, all I ever do is just run the pump continuous causes no problem as it is a return system anyway.

at the minute my fuel pump relay is hard wired aswell but it seems like it floods the car by running constantly unless you start it straight away i thought this could be the cause

 

just for you to no have wired it all up today and 54-15 is exact the same as 84 as it works fine now thanks anyway
