will a mk 4 efi xr3i gearbox go straight on to a mk 3 fieste xr2i

yeah deffo as its the same box and mountings

a mk3 box will fit too but a mk4 box wont fit a mk3 ( too much infomation but i know but i wanna look smart

)

i know a mk 4 will go into a mk 3 but not the other way round and was wondering weather it will go into a mk 3 fiesta but it does cheers peeps
