Power to Weight Ratio
Wanna know your power to weight ratio ?
Take the engine BHP and divide it by the vehical weight,
then times this by 1000kgs
This will give you bhp per tonne
For example:-
Ford Focus RS
BHP:- 212
WEIGHT:- 1278kgs
212/1278 x 1000 = 168bhp per tonne
or
Vauxhall VX220 Turbo
BHP:- 200
WEIGHT:- 929kgs
200/929kgs x 1000 = 215bhp per tonne

PS
Power to weight of the nova in my sig:
270 / .8 = 337.5 bhp per tonne
Should be obvious from that why once its rolling its so blody quick, lol
Mini im half way through building at the moment:
500 / .6 = 833 bhp per tonne
