which engine oil

hi guys

which engine oil does everyone use in there rs turbo? one chap has told me mobil 1 15/50 oil will be fine and a ford mercanic has told me to use 5/30 which is best?

Either Mobil 1 0-40 or Mobil 1 Motorsport 15-50.Have used both over the yrs with no problems.Regards,Micky

Any Fully Synthetic 3 Ester 15/50 oil, Millers, Mobil, Silkolene, etc...

I always used 5w40 full synthetic, works fine.
Now i have Teboil diamond 5w40 it is cheap and works nice. Also won some local car magazine test last year.
