Default Fucking ball ache!!!!

Well for anyone that was hoping to come and say hello at Ford Fair............... i'm not there!!!!!

Yesterday whilst mapping the car my 'professionaly fitted' trigger wheel vibrated it's welds loose at 20psi and 6800rpm chewing the end off my VR sensor leaving me with no spark!!
This will be fixed tomorrow but didnt really need it the night before FF!

Actual tears!

Karlos.

It will be fine tomorrow after we weld the trigger wheel back to the pulley and I fit a new VR sensor, just a pain that I had to miss FF!

I am itching!!! lol
We had done a few runs at 20psi so it was getting there, hadnt started advancing the timing yet though so still plenty more power to come but it felt responsive as it was, specially compared to MFI, they are worlds apart mate!! lol!

Ah rusty roof syndrome lol! At least I dont have that to worry about!
Yeah I wasnt impressed! First thought was how am I going to get from the A14 to Doug's workshop!!??
The answer was call my cousin who lived 15 mins away and take the bumper off ready to be towed!

Just to clarify, it wasn't me who welded the trigger wheel.

These things happen mate. We'll get another one fitted properly to your spare pully.

Cheers! It's a really easy conversion and i'd recommend it to anyone!
Doug (Garage19) is mapping it with me (well.. I was driving and he was mapping! lol).

Yes but i couldnt be arsed to take the engine and gearbox out to drill the block and fit the CPS and fly wheel!
Takes 15mis to remove the bottom pulley!
Once welded correctly it will be fine

Welded back on now temporarily, new one being made up and fitted to my spare pulley in a much better fasion!
The welding that had been done was truly pathetic, they had not even cleaned the paint off!!!

It is a great car!
My cousin is building up a twin turbo lump to drop in very soon! It's NA at the moment, but at least it's a manual!
