ive got konis on mine with -25 springs, havnt fitted the rear springs yer though

it feels pretty dam good to be honest maybe a lil funny at high speed under braking, ive only got rear beam pollys to no other, i was put off coilovers though as im not gonna go on track at at any time

Koni shocks,-40mm bayoo springs. Best combination. Coilovers are nice if you want to spend the extra money. However they can suffer from the problem where the adjusters seize up which can be a pain.

Doing a poly diff mount transforms this.

I've got the basic GAZ coilovers and have found them very good. Since i'm no racing driver i find them great, no complints at all.
Thing that pisses me off about Koni's is that you have to REMOVE the rear shock to adjust it !!!! Thats not what i would call adjustable really.

on my rx7 the height adjuster siezed on the tien coilovers which was a pain.
but on the cossy i had a set of gas koni dampers and jamex 40mm springs and it was ace, i put a pair of gaz coilovers on, 250 miles later they were leaking like fuck so sent them off got to get fixed then put them back on. week later took them off, put the konis back on. they were rubbish. probably good if i had adjustable TCA at the time, cuz i would have been able to set them up right.
edit: i have a 4x4 tho, so there might be a differance there
