What is it usually mean on a cossie when you have come on boost let off again and then you get a big cloud of blue smoke?
It only does it when you have been on boost.
Is it the turbo seals?

Sounds more like stem seals, but if any amount of miles probably a combo of everything, if it's only then I wouldn't worry.
Mine does it even with new turbo and head, but I know my rings are shagged!!

make sure you get the dam thing in boost as the rings won't bed in otherwise, mine puff's alittle out after i've given it a boot-full (32psi+)
Its just part of owning a cossie it will use some amount of oil (shouldn't be alot mind but they do use it)
my turbo has been on there 9 yrs so probs due a re-build anyhow
if your in any doubt get the turbo checked and re-sealed
if you've pussy footed it about while bedding it in and not used a cheap nasty running in oil i doubt your rings will have bedded correctly and as soon as its seeing boost and backing off again its pulling past the rings and out the exhaust, take the plugs out after you've given it a foot full and post a picture up if they look all oily your engine is burning oil if they are all clean and have the right colour to them i'd suspect your turbo seals
well 75%+ of the running is done already get the standard boost running threw i and change the oil for some normal high milage mineral stuff do another 300 miles but use the car and the full rev range but don't thrash it then drop the oil and use some correct synthetic oil and get the cars boost and fueling set and take it from there.
if you done 200 miles driving like a faggot the rings won't have bedded in

mine get 10 mins with mineral oil holding revs at 1500rpm - 3000 rpm
drop the oil and filter more mineral oil then 50 miles of driving around on boost using the rev's but no thrashing then back for another oil and filter change this time some semi-synthetic rubbish and then 200 miles being used on-boost all rev's but no labouring the engine, then back for a final oil & filter change on 15w-50 full-synthetic and straight for a check up for boost & fueling and then driven hard so in total engine has done 300 miles+ then used hard it will of course still loosen up with more miles but out of 10+ engines i've built 1 has never failed or burnt oil.
it goes without saying that it get a full nut and bolt check after the 1st 50 miles but if you have done the job right you shouldn't have any issues

I done mine on mineral oil and boosting like normal but not for long periods, only shorts like 5 secs, changed from mineral to Silkolene Pro S 10w50 after 800 miles
I've done now 15000 miles with no smoke
