fuel pressure regulator upgrade?
hey i have a s2 escort MFI i want to upgrade my fuel pressure regulator so i had a look at mine and the manual and it has 3 openings on it. 1 return and 2 inlets from the meetering unit
all the regulators i have seen have only 2 openings an inlet and outlet i cant seem to find 1 with 3 openings i thought that i could mibby get a proper blanking screw to put in meetering unit at the small hose from the meetering unit to the regulator and just have the large fuel hose going from the meetering unit to the regulator and my return (outlet) that goes back to tank
i have an adjustable regulator
and would like to know if any 1 else has done this and what whay they did it and does any 1 have any ideas or is my idea not gona work???

Yes you should, and it is a 6mm allen key IIRC goes in what you think is a 3rd outlet!
But why are you playing with the FP?? This should be left to the pro's mate unless you have a wideband lambda and some det cans? Even then base FP should not need adjusting!
