Default Removing Immobiliser

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears.......please

Has anyone either completely removed and or disconnected / disarmed the immobiliser on an escort RS Cosworth?

I have a 1993, L reg, large turbo Cosworth who's original Ford immob will no longer let go, it seems the old girl does not want to go any further and is having the last say on the matter, or at least she thinks she is.....

Tried shouting at her, threatening her with a stick (Basil fawty style) but no joy. No lights on dash just the immob sounding that beep saying "think again sunshine".

Cheers

Ross

yes I'm aware of that, but what was on the website is not something you could do in five minutes, it takes around 2 to 3 hours, and is alot cheaper than having to buy a new one, besides he probably doesnt want to bypass it

i could by-pass it in miniutes as i'm a auto electrician/domestic electrician,
but when someones, first ever post, is how do you remove a imobliser from a escort cosworth, and being there one of the world most stolen cars in the world, i find this conversation alarming..

Hallo!Instead than open a new thread about , i 've though to *necro bump * this since it looks a similar matter ( my Personal infos at the end of the message for safety) . A friend of mine here in Triest ( North East Italy) has a problem which his 95 Cosworth Escort , most like to be immobiliser related ( Car stopped almost the other summer ) .
Key inserts (close to level gear) , hearing beeps but no start .
At local Ford here ( Italy ) NOBODY can help , they say "they never saw /know how to help ", asking everywhere we could around and driving us mad , they seem to dont have even a diagram , which is probably the thing he needs the most .
Now he started to dismantle everything he can there to reach and he already saw , before to start removing panels and so on, that cables are all black and that's an issue .He isa a former tech luckily so can somehow handle with proper time and diagrams.
Has anyone any tip or even better a diagram to give through pm or whatever to help us in deal with it? Quoting people hoping that notifications help to reach them too , instead than sending pm ( that could look suspicious ).
_________
Since is a sensitive topic (as righlty mentioned here too ) ,and is my first post i include some personal info to reach me /check that is not a scam related stuff , like socials to contact me to verify authenticity .Any help will be much apreciated , thank you in advance !
