I need some ideas on what i can use as a replacement for the stuff that sits between the cars floor and the carpet (the underlay stuff) as mine was soaking wet and fell to peices

Also need a coolant tank as mine has a hole in it...

And if anybody has any other useful bits and bobs that dont cost much

 

Theres someone on Ebay selling a second-hand underlay for Ł130.

 

There must be something i can pick up form B and Q surely?

 

lol mines got normal house hold carpet underlay

 

I used the underlay for wooden floor like laminated wood underlay. About Ł15 for 100m.I doubled it up and gonna put some in the door cards too to sound proof.Does the job and no more smelly underlay.

 

Thats what i was thinking of using, or even some of that lost insulation... and as for the doors i need some sort of sound proofing, but can't justify spending a mint on the proper foily stuff.
