I need some ideas on what i can use as a replacement for the stuff that sits between the cars floor and the carpet (the underlay stuff) as mine was soaking wet and fell to peices

Also need a coolant tank as mine has a hole in it...

And if anybody has any other useful bits and bobs that dont cost much

I used the underlay for wooden floor like laminated wood underlay. About £15 for 100m.I doubled it up and gonna put some in the door cards too to sound proof.Does the job and no more smelly underlay.

Thats what i was thinking of using, or even some of that lost insulation... and as for the doors i need some sort of sound proofing, but can't justify spending a mint on the proper foily stuff.
