My sales adverts keep being removed by PETE RS SPEACLIST as he says im a trader, but the parts are my own personal partrs on selling, to upgrade other parts on my personal cars

ALSO RS PSECALIST WHO IS A MOD ON SALES SECTION AND EVERYONE KNOWS HE IS A TRADER BUT HIS TRADE STATUS HAS RAN OUT YES RAN OUT OR IS THIS A CASE OF DO AS I SAY NOT AS I DO AND HIS PARTS ARENT BEING REMOVED

COME ON THEN LETS HERE THE EXCUSE

 

you have been reported to being a car breaker as you have already been told,
as to my trade status if you care to look at a post in the RS turbo room it is expalined and the reason why i didnt answer posts for parts
for you information Iam re newing my trade membership within the next few days as my pay pal account is being changed due to a change of my bank details,not thats this is any of your business but the relevant people know this,namley Stu

Since when have you been a trader Wenny? You have your own cars and are consistantly upgrading them, nowt wrong with selling on the bits you no longer use. Its not like you are busting loasd of cossies for financal gain. I cant see the problem to be honest.

 

Pete, Wenny is not a breaker. Try ringing him for bits, he wont part with anything, he's worse than me

exactly and ive pm`d stu and waiting his reply, i could ring him but i dont feel its that big of a deal,
i dont trade in cosworth parts and are only selling to upgrade others

 

but surely the fact that he is a gold member and has paid up his gold member fee's is enough for him to advertise his own cars parts as being up for sale no?

it's not as if he's doing business on the site, in which case yes, i would agree that a business account would be worthwhile getting to get the geniune trader tag added to the achevements listed under his name

if it's a case of being "the way the rules say it is" then is it not a case of the rules being applied to each individual on a case by case matter?

if not, with all due respect, how are you able to apply for leniency citing a paypal issue when you need to pay with a company cheque to be allowed trade status?

i'm not having a go, just asking the obvious questions

im not a trader and you take mine off, to be honset you shouldnt be a mod of a section you gain from

so i will spell it out for him,

WENNY = NOT TRADER JUST UPGRADING PARTS

PETE = CANNOT READ JUST WANTS TO SELL HIS OWN PARTS AND WONT LET NOBODY ELSE SELL PRIVATE SPARES AS HE IS NOT MAKING MONEY HIMSELF OUT OF THEM

 

So if im a gold member & sell alot through ebay i also wont be allowed to sell my personal stuff due to upgrade?

For those that this matter doesnt include or effect, please stay away from the thread.

If people are seen to be continuously advertising certain parts that are for profit or gain, then YES it is classed as trading.

And please, leave Petes trading status out of this, it bears no relevance to the subject.

 

Dojj its not the case sadly andy gallacher couldnt sell his 2 personal saphire cossies cause he owns a garage even tho he dosent do car sales its purley workshop & mot's..He was a gold member

I wish we could pay with a company cheque but alas the rules have been change by the site owners,they insist on pay pal
the rules before the site was sold was a trader had tp pay with a compant cheque this also proove that you were a ledgitmet business but now anyone on the dole out to make a few bob can pay the trade fee
unfotunatley things have change on web istes and we do have to pay,I liked this site years ago when we had loads for traders,but the charges and the state of the ecomany have changed things

Surely a search under Wennys username would suggest that It isnt the case with the parts he is advertising or has advertised? And before you say 'you haven't got time', there seems to be enough time to delete the for sale posts.

not got it wrong at all,I have had a report that the user is a trader,and he quite rightly is,the posts were removed untill a decission is made,
unfortunalty this isnt good enough and the user kept on replacing the adverts when asked not to
so he is on a ban for ma couople of days now untill this is sorted out
