Default vibration after changing to T5 box

Hi,

i have just converted my saph from the mt75 gearbox to the T5 gearbox.

all is fine untill i reach over 80mph and let off the throttle, when there is a vibration that shakes the car. it is eadily seen through looking in the rear view mirror as everything is vibrating.

all was fine before i changed the gearbox, have checked to make sure everything is tight as much as i can but cannot figure out where the vibration is coming from, as its is fine below 80mph. it does it if i accelerate slowly to over 80 or if i do it quickly.

any ideas would be much apprecitated as have to go on the motorway tomorrow and dont want to cause any damage if i stry over the speed limit.

Adam

I'd also look at the prop first, make sure the shims are in place under the bearing support housing.
