I'll probaly be 'detuning' the car to a stage 3 spec to sell it as i'll loose too much selling it as it sits. I'd be looking around £8K ish for it without:-
Brakes (standards fitted)
Wheels (standards fitted)
front diff (standard fitted with a reyland plate)
bara box (standard fitted)
rear beam (standard fitted with a ggr tightening kit)
RS 500 inlet (standard 4x4 fitted)
Maybe the RS 500 intercooler
and it would be on a standard L8 running 4 greens
Basically a good stage 3 sapphire.
There are a few minor blemishs (painter thinks i'm mad to bother fixing them!) that are getting sorted out in a few weeks so i'll get proper detailed pictures up once they are done.
If by some slim chance people are interested in buying the car with parts left on, i'm willing to work out a price, but i doubt it as it'll get slated as being super expensive for a sapph
Any questions feel free to PM

There lots of pics and info on that thread, but some of its out of date i.e. its not on 8 injectors anymore, new loom isn't fitted etc...

Love the car bud, deffo one of the better ones out there
But why not advertise @ its full spec? I know i'd rather buy one at the spec of yours worked on by proper peeps, than one that was at a really good spec, but has been put back to tame stg3.
I know you said you'll loose to much dosh, selling @ top spec, but surely that makes it more appealing to buyers, plus not many peeps get a return on what they have spent on any cossie or Rs for that matter.
Anyway this aint a dig at you,or your car ,just general questions and opinions.
Good luck with the sale, stunning car in the best colour imo.
Cheers

I know what you are saying, but to advertise it for what i need is unrealistic, nobody will pay that for a sapph, even one with top shelf parts on it. Hence why i'm going to detune it - makes the car a more realistic price, plus i don't loose out on the parts.
If someone wants it complete i'll sell it that way, it'd still be far cheaper to buy my car like that than build one from scratch.

paul i personally think ur totally mad for wanting to sell this,if anyone is after a proper mint RS then this is the car .im not just saying that but to say its proper mint is an understandment and tbh this for sale thread doesnt nothing for the car ,your mad for selling up but best of luck if you do
