Default Buzzing sounds...

Hi, another month, another weired sound from under bonnet...

This time it is some buzzing sound(like clicking 50times a second) that I found out came from the ICV. That came overnight so I had nowhere my fingers!
That sound appears when I cold start at idle and when warm, when I press the pedal a little bit. when I am driving and that buzzin appears i feel the car accelerates a tiny bit.

So something must give a strange signal to the ICV, but what??
Had also cleaned the ICV 2 or 3000km ago and it`s still seem working fine.

Btw. how do I set Idle right??

Yeah, like my brand new Ford water pump - where they hadn't drilled a hole for the inlet - the casting was solid pipe and I HADN'T CHECKED!!
