Anyone could pay someone money to go and retrieve some. Like I could pay a mate to go and get some money from someone, when in actual fact they were in the right.

i win a ford focus off ebay damaged,sent him 50 true paypal then sent him 300 postedtook a few weeks for me to send him 500 but the man that was meant to lift the car for me never so he got pissed of got some1 else they did the same

So you posted Ł300 pounds cash? Was it recorded delivery? If so I presume you know for certain it was delivered to him?

How much was the total worth of the car? Can't really blame him for getting fed up after weeks of waiting for Ł500.

After paying him the Ł850, which is presumably the price you bought it for on ebay, you're saying that two different companies/people you had arranged to pick up the car didn't for some reason? So then the seller didn't bother waiting for you to arrange another one and instead just sold the car to someone else or whatever?

Just trying to establish the facts.
