So you posted £300 pounds cash? Was it recorded delivery? If so I presume you know for certain it was delivered to him?
How much was the total worth of the car? Can't really blame him for getting fed up after weeks of waiting for £500.
After paying him the £850, which is presumably the price you bought it for on ebay, you're saying that two different companies/people you had arranged to pick up the car didn't for some reason? So then the seller didn't bother waiting for you to arrange another one and instead just sold the car to someone else or whatever?
