I use this stuff, for all paper type gaskets

Loctite Gasket Adhesive Spary
This is what we use in our workshop and it is very good stuff! Yes it is expensive but worth every penny

Improves sealing performance of all rubber, cork, paper, metal and asbestos gaskets. It holds the gasket in place during assembly even in vertical position, once sprayed on produces a highly tacky flexible film.

400ml Aerosol
Price: £14.99 (£17.24 (inc vat) Including VAT at 15%)
