turbo choice

whats the best turbo am looking to upgrade in a few months.
brief engine spec bd 16 in,bd 14 ex, head work. 10 long stud 200 block etc
its currently on a t38 turbo technics

i m on a tt t38 at the mo, when i change it ll be to a gt 30 with internal wastegate
